Tábua Rasa is a project created by Francisco Salgado Ré and Carolina Matos, aiming to promote the best portuguese traditional and artisanal products, focused on cheeses, cured meats and wines. The restaurant was the initial heart of the project, where one can experience the exquisite portuguese gastronomy. Tábua Rasa also has its own brand, showcasing a curated selection of wines, canned fish or olive oil, depicting the taste of local, handmade, sustainable and traditional products.
