APPROACH

The proposal addresses a dense programmatic brief through a responsible, rigorous, and sustainable architectural framework engineered to optimize construction efficiency and long-term maintenance costs. Beyond programmatic maximization and spatial efficiency, the design delivers a dynamic architecture that stimulates the senses. By exploring spatial and plastic properties, the project establishes a high-performance building across functional, environmental, and aesthetic dimensions.

CONCEPT

The concept relies on an integrated, rational, and holistic system designed to generate urban synergy and respond fluidly to the surrounding city morphology. It presents a captivating public asset that balances rigorous functional logic with a sensitive response to the contemporary urban context. Structured upon a base modular matrix, the design efficiently organizes the extensive residential program. This geometric rule is strategically broken to introduce spatial exceptions—highlighting singular architectural moments amidst programmatic repetitions. While the internal modular system acts as the structural backbone of the building, a provocative exterior skin provides visual engagement, fostering a dynamic aesthetic dialogue between the architecture and its users.

ORGANIZATION & SITE RELATIONS

The programmatic mass is articulated across three primary volumetric blocks resting upon a unifying ground-level plinth, enabling fluid horizontal distribution and shared public access throughout the complex. By fracturing the overall volume into distinct blocks, the composition establishes visual permeability across the site. Rather than creating a monolithic barrier in the landscape, the building opens sightlines, frames surrounding perspectives, and integrates naturally into the urban fabric.
