UNIT Element is a PLUG & PLAY spatial cell designed for autonomous deployment. The structural layout minimizes ground foundation requirements through elevated point-support systems, such as ground screws or micro-pilings. This foundation strategy allows the module to be installed on delicate or sloped topographies without altering natural drainage patterns or requiring extensive earthworks.
The module operates within a strict volumetric footprint calibrated to international road transport constraints. Internal layouts maximize spatial performance through integrated multi-functional millwork, recessed storage systems, and built-in MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) cores. By shifting 90% of the assembly process to a controlled factory environment, the system eliminates construction errors and guarantees tight dimensional tolerances.
The building envelope utilizes high-performance thermal insulation coupled with a continuous vapor barrier to maintain low operational energy requirements. External claddings—ranging from ventilated metallic skins to heat-treated timber profiles—are selected for low-maintenance durability, while interior finishes prioritize natural, low-emission materials to ensure high indoor environmental quality.
